Solution
For new traders, please allow at least 48-72 hours from the time you place your order til you get your password. We have to wait 24 hours from the time you order for it to clear our credit card processor, then manually generate it with our security IP-protection script, so please allow 2-3 days.
If you have allowed at least 3 days to pass and still haven't gotten your password, please a) check your email spam/trash folder for emails from
ken@daytradinguniversity.com
, then b) contact us if you still can't locate it - thanks!
Please note that we use advanced IP- and geographic-tracking security login scripts to prevent password sharing, and usage from more than 2-3 IP addresses (or different geographic locations/cities) will automatically disable the password from working. So if you try to login and it doesn't work, make sure you haven't used it from multiple IP addresses before contacting us.
