Delivery of DVDs - International and domestic shipments

Solution Our DVDs are usually shipped within 3-5 days of the order being placed, and should arrive within 2 business weeks (US domestic) or 3 weeks (international). Note that we use Amazon.com's "Createspace" company for most of our DVD shipments, they've shipped thousands of DVDs for us and have done a terrific job. Sometimes orders are held at customs for international customers, for up to a couple of weeks, so please be patient with your order.

If you are a USA based customer and at least 2 weeks have passed and you haven't gotten your order (or 3-4 weeks international), then contact us and we'll follow up via Createspace.com to provide tracking information and/or reship your order as necessary.
