Please Follow these 7 Simple Guidelines
for Participating in our Trading
the Open Chatroom
To Ensure a Professional Trading Community |
- RULE
#1: We always welcome questions about
the market, specific stock
plays (for stocks over $25
w/1.2M avg daily shares volume
or more) and daytrading & swingtrading
techniques. Ask questions
often.
- RULE
#2: It's best to avoid
asking questions from 9:30am-9:45am,
as that's my "hot time" on
the open where I'm adjusting
entry alerts and posting
new ones for members.
- RULE
#3: Look for breakouts and
reversals, not tops or
bottoms. We don't chase.
The first breakout above
resistance is good to call,
though. We'll show you how
to spot these plays early.
We are a technical trading
team, your participation
is requested.
- RULE
#4: Don't risk real dollars
trading while learning. Realtime
training & trader education
is the focus of our room,
with stock calls made to
illustrate specific techniques
you will be learning about.
You agree to not make any
actual trading decisions
based on posts or alerts.
They are for papertrading
only.
- RULE
#5: We follow a disciplined
trading system using recognizable
plays, and so should you.
Our calls and education will
all reference a specific
type of play, such as a 2-day
high volume breakout in EBAY
on time & sales strength
at 9:50am etc. There has
to be a specific set of technical
criteria met for each type
of play, so take your time
to learn these, and ask questions.
- RULE
#6: Our daytrading style
is 5- to 15-minute roundtrip
trades for
active Nasdaq stocks done
during primarily during the
9:40am til 11:30am timeframe. All
stops are .2 max,
trailing stops are used to
lock in profits for winners
of .3 to 1.2 points as a
target. So don't hold anything
in your (paper) trading entries
longer than 20 minutes or
so for 80%+ of the calls
you'll see.
- RULE
#7: Our swingtrading style
uses 10-day high/low channel
breakouts and breakdown
volume reversals, with position
sizing and stops. Pay attention
and learn how to use 52-week
high/low and gap plays with
10-day candlestick volume/ADX
breakouts.

you want to learn how to trade the mechanics
of our daytrading techniques, explained
with chart patterns that I annotate and
have you look at, you're at the right place.
Get full discussions, the why's and "why
nots!" for specific entries, and astonishing
exit calls on pivots that will leave you breathless.

Nasdaq daytrades that last
from 5 to 20 minutes roundtrip,

two hours of each market
